About me.
I was born on the East Coast but grew up on the West Coast. At the age of 9, my family made the cross-country journey from Connecticut to California, where I’ve lived ever since. Today, I’m fortunate to call San Diego home.
My career in MedTech began after earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Early on, I designed and launched several products at my first MedTech company, which gave me the opportunity to spend significant time with the sales team. It was during this experience that I discovered my passion for marketing—a realization that inspired me to pursue an MBA with a focus on Marketing. That decision marked the beginning of a successful and fulfilling career in marketing.
Later in my career, after working closely with patent and contract attorneys, I decided to further my education by earning a Juris Doctor. While I found law to be an intriguing field, I chose to apply my legal knowledge to the world of business rather than pursue a legal career. This experience broadened my perspective and brought a new dimension to how I approach and analyze business challenges, giving me a balanced and well-rounded foundation for leadership.

I am an accomplished marketing leader with a proven track record in driving medical technology product portfolio strategy, brand development, promotional initiatives, and demand generation. My expertise spans both upstream and downstream global marketing, with extensive experience in the Direct-to-Patient, B2B, HCP, and Hospital customer segments.
A critical part of my approach is conducting comprehensive market assessments to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure strategic alignment. I bring deep experience in business case development, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to size market opportunities, uncover unmet needs, and evaluate product-market fit. This foundation enables effective portfolio strategy and prioritization, balancing risk and reward to maximize growth and profitability
Building on these insights, I have successfully led product management teams to develop and prioritize innovation roadmaps that guide the development and launch of impactful new product introductions. My work ensures that R&D efforts are focused on opportunities that deliver meaningful value to customers and strong returns for the business.
On the marketing execution side, I’ve led teams managing significant annual budgets to deliver high-performing lead generation campaigns across direct response TV, paid search, paid social, email, and print advertising.
